Future Plans
Alright, I want to keep this post short and sweet because we all have better things to do.
Please tell me you have better things to do.
First, this first version of the book is what I'm going to call, "The one I could ship." That means that while it's not perfect and there are lots of things to add and change, it has enough. But, I think it deserves more.
No, you deserve more.
So one of the first things I wanted to do was actually clean up the layout a bit. This was produced by clumping together a bunch of command-line tools to spit out a PDF without any ability to put art or make things look nice. I want to work on that. I'm not good at it, but I do want to work on it.
The next thing is something you can really help with. I want to add more content, more sections, and more awesome stuff. The trick is knowing what questions you really want answered about running an OSR game. I know one section I want to add is around time-tracking. At least I think I do.
Anyway, let me know what would make this more helpful for you as an OSR GM, and I will add it to the list.
Happy Gaming,
Ryan
